  • Martin Nelmes (IMC, Dip FA)

    A dedicated supporter of Brentford FC, Martin also loves playing and coaching tennis.

    • Martin is an experienced investment professional, having gained 25 years in the industry before joining In Partnership in July 2020.

    • After graduating from West London University, Martin held senior positions at Banque General de Luxembourg, Barclays Wealth, Fidelity Investments and Benchmark Capital.

    • His wide experience makes Martin the ideal person to drive and implement the In Partnership investment strategy.

  • Ken Rayner (Director of RSMR Ltd)

    Can be found playing hockey for his local team. Also to be seen in the occasional triathlon.

    • A founding director of RSMR, Ken began his career in the investment industry in 1989, shortly after graduating from Leeds University.

    • Alongside roles on a number of investment committees across the industry, Ken has worked with the In Partnership team for more than 10 years.

  • Kristian Bridgeman (Dip FA, CeMap)

    Loves family time, and travelling.

    • Kristian has been the advisor representative for the In Partnership Investment Committee for the last seven years, and has also been a member of the Network Investment Committee.

    • A highly experienced Independent Financial Advisor, Kristian has more than 33 years’ experience within the Financial Services Industry.

    • Kristian has held positions at Senior Management and Executive Director levels, and has also enjoyed working as an active Financial Adviser.

    A keen and competitive golfer.

    • Andy has chaired the In Partnership Financial Advisers’ Investment Committee for the last seven years and been responsible for the implementation of the Models Investment Strategy.

    • A highly experienced Independent Financial Adviser, Andy has more than 30 years of experience within the Financial Services Industry.

  • Richard Fillingham (IMC)

    Richard’s support of Everton FC is not to be questioned! He’s also a big one for family time.

    • Richard has been an Investment Analyst, and Secretary of the Investment Committee, at In Partnership since joining the firm in April 2021.

    • Before joining In Partnership, Richard spent 20 years with HSBC Asset Management as an Investment Analyst where he analysed and reported on HSBC MPS and retail / institutional funds.
